What are the dates of the show?

The 2015 dates are Saturday and Sunday, October 15th and 16th.

What is the location of the show?

North side of Daniel Field. Entrance on Wrightsboro Road.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Complete the form on the website.

Is camping allowed on field?

For those flying in for the show, yes. For the general public, no.

Can pets come on field?

No pets are allowed.

Is there security on field?

Yes.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the airport property.

What can I bring on field?

Chairs, blankets, strollers, sunscreen and sunglasses.

What cannot be brought on field?

No coolers, bikes, or riding toys, pop up tents or alcohol may be brought on field.

Who is responsible for keeping the grounds so clean?

The Boy and Girl Scouts do a remarkable job keeping the grounds clean during and after the show.

How can I volunteer?

At this time, we have over 300 volunteers enlisted and are not looking for general volunteers. However, we are looking for aviation knowledgeable and business sponsors volunteers to become part of the planning committee.

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, there are plenty of portelets on the field.

What static displays will be at the show?

There will be a variety of aircraft and the list changes right up to the show date due to weather and other conditions.

How is the show funded?

All airshow performers charge to participate in an airshow. We have enlisted corporate sponsors and accept donations to help with expenses.

Who can fly-in?

Anyone! The EAA will register you when you arrive. You will receive entrance to the show at no costs if you allow us to park your plane on the line.

What times do the field close to arriving and departing aircraft?

Check the Notams for DNL.

Are there food vendors available?

Yes, lots of variety to enjoy.

What about other activities on the ground while waiting for the show to begin?

Carnival rides, aircraft rides, aviation displays, sponsor exhibits, monster truck rides, car show and much more.

Where do I park?

Upon entering the field off Wrightsboro Road, you will be instructed to turn right and follow the fence line to the onfield parking. Parking is FREE!
